The Alliance for Women in Associations has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Alliance dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for U.S. federal income tax purposes but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Members should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Who Can Join?
The Alliance was created to support and advance women who work for and with associations and nonprofits on their leadership journeys. We welcome all women, nonbinary professionals, and allies who share our commitment to advancing women in leadership.
